피부톡(PibuTalk)은 오스카(OSCAR)가 운영하는 병원용 AI 상담·예약 관리 SaaS로, pibutalk.com 플랫폼에서 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

본 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 9월 15일부터 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

• 병원 회원(필수): 이메일 주소, 이름, 병원명
• 병원 환자 대화: 채널 사용자 ID(카카오톡·네이버톡톡·위챗·인스타그램·라인·왓츠앱), 메시지 내용, 예약 일정 정보
• 자동 수집: IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 이용 기록

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

• 병원 문의·예약 상담 서비스 제공 (채널 통합 관리)
• 다국어 자동 번역 및 AI 상담 응답
• 예약 접수·변경·취소 자동 처리
• 고객 문의 응대 및 서비스 개선

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

5. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

개인정보는 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 기술적 방법으로 복구 불가능하게 삭제합니다.

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람, 정정, 삭제 요청할 수 있습니다. 병원 회원의 채널 대화 데이터는 병원 계정에서 관리됩니다.

• Patient conversations: Channel user ID (KakaoTalk · Naver Talk · WeChat · Instagram · LINE · WhatsApp), message content, appointment schedule

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Providing unified hospital inquiry and appointment consultation services
• Multi-language automatic translation and AI consultation responses
• Automatic appointment booking, modification, and cancellation
• Customer inquiry response and service improvement
• Service usage statistics analysis

3. Retention Period

Collected personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the following records are retained according to relevant laws:

• Records related to contracts or withdrawal of applications: 5 years
